President Donald Trump has signed an agreement with Denmark and Greenland aimed at strengthening Arctic and North Atlantic security, easing tensions over his repeated calls for Greenland to become part of the United States.

Starting this week, IAF to host second edition of multinational air exercise Tarang Shakti

The Indian Air Force (IAF) will host the second edition of its largest-ever multinational air exercise, Tarang Shakti-26, beginning later this week in Jodhpur.

Around 40 countries are expected to participate in the exercise, which will bring together a range of advanced combat aircraft, including US F-35s, French Rafales and UAE F-16s, along with other aerial assets, for joint aerial operations, tactical training and interoperability drills.

Directive Principles guide the State but are not enforceable by courts. The Constituent Assembly placed the UCC there after a long and spirited de-bate on November 23, 1948, when it took up what was then draft Article 35.
