Job Title: Studio/Class Operator

1. Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage studio/class activities at Khan Global Studies.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of studio/class operations.
• Regulate and manage class schedules and bookings to maximize resource utilization.
• Provide technical support for audio, video, and lighting equipment during classes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during classes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure effective delivery of classes.
• Assist in coordinating studio/class events, workshops, and activities.
• Assist in managing and organizing class materials and supplies. 
• Address any concerns or inquiries from students or instructors promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other team members and Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in class management and studio operations.

2. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in regulating classes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency in operating audio, video, and lighting equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of studio/classroom management software and tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
